We seek to equip underserved youth with the critical financial skills they need to develop financial stability and clear financial goals, the essential leadership skills they need to become effective godly leaders, and the key human resource skills they need to become compassionate, generous, giving individuals.

We believe that it is our responsibility to work consistently toward the elimination of poverty as well as to actively assist in the incessant promotion of leadership and social and financial inclusion.

We believe it to be our responsibility to work with young people in the areas of moral education and financial development with the goal of enabling them successfully to serve as the next generation of leaders.

We believe it to be our responsibility to so influence the lives of these young people as to enable them to replace the poverty mentality that currently plagues the underserved with a wealth building mind set.
